Dear Anne,

Hope you might have known the text determination procedure.

Please define a text determination procedure for Delivery - Header in the transaction VOTXN.

In VOTXN - do the following.

1.Select your text determination procedure.

Ex: 02- Delivvery Header.

2.Assign Text ID and access sequence to your Procedure by clicking 'Text ID's in Textprocedure'.

3.Then Select that entry - then click on 'Access Sequnce'.

4.Select your Access Sequence.

5.Then Click on 'Access Sequence for Text ID's'.

There you have to maintain the entry - if you want to copy texts to delivery.

Ex:If you want to copy text from Sale Order, you can maintain the following.

Seq-Text Object- Text Object Description- ID - ID Description 10 - VBBK - Sales Header Texts - 0001 - Form Header

The ID should be the one which you assigned initially to the text determination procedure(Step 2).

Hope this may help you.

Hi,

Go to transaction VOTXN.

Select the delivery header and click on the change button.

Select the procedure that is assgined to the delivery document and click on the Text ID's in the text procedure on the left.

Here for your access sequence (you can find at the last column), check the box reference/duplicate.

Then click on the Access sequence for Text ID's. Enter the access sequence number that you have noted down in the previous step. Inside the access sequence for the text object, go to column requirement and assign a routine based on your requirement.

Then save the sequence.
