difference between MD74,MD75 and MD76

Hi,

I have generally seen that MD74, MD75 and MD76 are run one after another everytime when individually Independent requirement for a material are to be deleted.

Why are they always run one after another, i always felt that once MD74 takes place, none of the other txn makes any difference.

Can anybody explain me?
