    Dear,

No - Consignment stock issues to cost center will not update inventory / material valuation.

Since the Consignment Goods receipt is non-valuated.

In the time of goods issues to cost center the accounting entries updated for the payable to the consignment stock vendor and the consumption against an expense item.

Since no inventory accounts are affected by the GI, the actual costing/material ledger is not updated.

If you require updation the valuation, try using transfering consignment stock into unrestricted stock and issues goods from own stock to cost center.

    Regards,

    Syed Hussain.

    Hi,

Consignment stock is a non valuated . So no qty and value updation in Material Master Record.

Vendor remains the owner of the stock till it is transfered to our own stock or issued to cost centre for consumption.

MRKO transaction is used to pay the consignment liabilities to the vendor periodically

    Thanks
