SAPGUI for Java limitations

Hi,

I know about all the SAPGUI for Java limitations as noted in corresponding SAP notes. My question is, if there is any chance of getting things done in the future. Mainly, is there a change SmartForms would work under SAPGUI for Java, or Screen Painter? I've heard SAPGUI for Java 7.20 should address these issues, but didn't get any other info.

Hello Tomas,

I am currently not aware of any activity of the resp. development groups to make these components available in SAP GUI for Java, so I am wondering from where this information should come from.

The forum for SmartForms would be [Form Printing| ] and for ScreenPainter [UI Programming|;.

Maybe you want to raise your questions there.

I can't tell you where I've heard such things, it was more like a rumours coming from consulting company that was developing some things for my company. Anyway thanks for answer, I'll try to raise my question in corresponding forums.
