how to trace interface scenario ?

see I got only ansx12 810 file from my customer side to me and asking me to trace me out why file is not processed in ecc system ?? so could we know so and so 810 interface to find it out in sap pi system?? then how to find it ?? can anyone please ???

Hi,

can you clarify a bit? So you received a 810 transaction, it got processed in your PI/PO system and then when you sent an IDoc (I assume it only) to your ECC system it didn't get processed?

Please correct me if I understood you incorrectly.
