CE10 Login Error

We have a CE10 install. Recently the password to the SQL service account was changed, stopped, and restarted. Now when attempting to login to the Crystal Administrative Tools page using the Enterprise Administrator account we recieve "There was an error retrieving data from the server: Batch transaction error: One or more failures have occurred in the batch transaction."

Trying to login using Windows AD returns: "Account Information Not Recognized

The Active Directory Authentication plugin failed to verify the administration credentials for the user "pacstar\administrator". Please enter the user name as DomainName\UserName or UserName@DNS_DomainName, then try again.

Please check that the appropriate CMS name and authentication type are specified.

Re-enter your user name and password, and click Log On.

If you are unsure of your account information, contact your system administrator."

There appear to be no errors thrown in the Event Viewer. The server has been rebooted as well. All of the services in the Crystal Configuration Manager are running.
