SAPscript report fail to update Changes after transporting to QAS

Dear all

I have created my SAPscript report and has been transported to Qas before. Now i hve make some changes and its failing to update after transporting to QAS. what could be the problem.? I had to use copy and created another report but after transport again cant update changes to QAS again.
