I am running Crystal Reports XI R2 SP2 on Windows XP Pro SP3. I download and run the SP5 exe. The install program displays a message to provide the location of the CrystalReports.msi file. I browse and point to the orginal install CD to this file. A message comes back that it is not a valid installation package. I do a search and find this file under C;
Document and Settings\Username\local settings\temp\win3. I still get the same message invalid instillation package. So how do I install SP5?

try using winrar to extract BO, then run the extracted setup.exe program.
