translating XIR2 java web app config to Xi3.x - session timeouts

Hello all.

In XIR2 in the desktop.war WEB-INF/web.xml you could set <session-timeout>20</session-timeout> to some other value, 60 for instance. What needs to be done in XI3.x to achieve the same effect?
