Issue with me38 BAPI

Hi

I was testing this BAPI BAPI_SCHEDULE_MAINTAIN for mantaining scheduling agreements i.e. me38 but the BAPI isnt changing values in the SAP tables? How do I bring a change to SAP tables using BAPI?

Please help me as this is a very imp. development

Am I missing something here?
