BC_IDOC Aging Run Issues on HANA Business Suite

Experts,

After successfully running of BC_IDOC Aging job, only 50% of IDocs (EDID4 and EDIDS) entries are moved to Cold Area which include Standard and custom IDocs together.

OTC IDocs(Order and Invoices) are not aged even one single IDoc, These IDocs are actually posting to ECC with RCVSAD field value(ex:ECC-700) ECC from Middleware, By referring 949760, after aging run the IDocs RCVSAD Value should be updated _DATAAGING in the control Record. In this case its still ECC-700.

40% of daily IDocs are for OTC Stream, I tried to find the solution from all the sources of SAP documents, OSS, could´not find any !.

Anyone had knowledge on this situation, please share your Thoughts.

Hello,

Found the root cause - the RCVSAD field should be empty while IDoc is posting to ECC. Now we are working on the solutions part.

IDoc: SADR fields in total

Use

The specified string is used as a key in an internal address service.

This field is not currently used in the R/2 or R/3 Systems, in inbound or outbound processing. The field is intended for future developments and should therefore be left empty.
