[UAR] - When option Expired and Blocked users is selected do not generated UAR request

Hi All,

When is selected the options of the Expired and Blocked users in the schedule of access review in the GRC 10.0, none UAR request is generated. Someone can help me?

We are facing issues in UAR for GRC 10.1 after implementing recent performance notes.

I suggest you open a ticket to SAP as they are working on fixes. Example: https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#notes/2595860

Unfortunately it is for GRC 10.1 only. Not sure if applicable for GRC 10.0.

Note: you may want to change your browser language to English to facilitate to them.

In fact, I do not need to perform UAR for blocked and expired users. The problem is when the fields are selected with "yes", it is not generating UAR for any users, not blokeds users, that is correct, not for users not locked.

since you tagged GRC 10.0, what is your current release and SP level? There have been several corrections in 10.0 that will solve that issue.

First I am not sure why you want to perform UAR on the locked and expired users?

Here are the steps I would ask you check

1.Pick a user from plugin who is locked and expired

2.check the same user in GRACUSERCONN table in GRC (check for the Inactive & Expired Flag)

3.If the flag for the inactive is X not expired

4.Change the Plugin SPRO parameter 1004 (64,128,192)

5.run the repository object sync

6.Run UAR for that locked user,I think it will work(but for expired its tricky there is no parameter yet for the expired)
