Weekly spiliting of Planned Orders in Repetitive manufacturing

Hi,

Is it possible to spilit planned order(PE order type) on weekly basis? if yes kindly give the details of configuration settings.

my requirement is like this i entered the PIR on monthly bucket is there any setting available by using which i can spilit the requirement on weekly basis, i have this option to enter the PIR on weekly bais, or spilit the PIR on weekly basis....

You can enter the PIR in MD61, in the table for Monthly, and then in Schedule Line Tab in the same transaction you would be able to Split the Monthly to Weekly.

Dear Syed,

Go ahead as Mr.Prasobh has suggested,either you can give week wise PIR's in MD61 or else if already

maintained in monthwise means goto MD62 edit>Period Splitting>weekly and save the datas.

Take MRP run and check out.

In MD62 transaction You can split your PIR into weekly basis, In the Schedule Lines tab and save the PIR. Once this is done, run the MRP in Delete and Recreate data mode, new planned orders would get generated automatically based on the PIR.

Hope you have not firmed the PE - Planned orders(No Manual Changes in Planned order or You are also not using Planning time fence).
