[UAR] - Access Review for external users in GRC 10.0

Hi All,

For access review in GRC 10.0, is possible to generate request UAR with reviewer automatic if user have a manager in SAP HR?

Now, the request is generated but is necessary to input the reviewer manually, one by one. Someone have any idea about a procedure in mass or if in the HR have a manager in user , in the request is inputed automatic?

Fernando,

if you set up your user data detail source properly the manager assignments shall come automatically. Make sure it's set to HR and not to SU01 for your HR system.

It is set to HR correctly, however the external user has no manager in HR.

As I understand it, if the external user has a manager in HR, it will work.

Alessandro is correct: the data will come from HR. So if the person has a valid personnel number and a valid manager, then the manager will come automatically.

A way to test that is to start the creation of an access request for that person, then, before submitting, check the User Details tab.

Yes, it's working. It was only a confirmation if it also works for external users.
