    Dear,

let clear one thing dat the Equipement is work center for the PP and for Plamnt maintenance it is equipment only. When creating order or plan some maintenance work on that equipement which workcenter for the PP. In PP module der is standard functinality Capacity planning of work center in Routing when ur maintenance work is going on dat equipement den work center capacity get reduced due to ur maintenace work which will reflect in PP capacity planning. according dat reduced capacity planning production order release.der is no std functinality dat u can intimate the PP dat ur work center is in maintenance not use it. it will reflect in capacity planning of PP routing.According dat reduced capacity PP plan the production scheduling.

    Regards,

    Rakesh

    Hi,

One main integration is what you have mentioned. Firstly, The production work center should be maintained in the equipment(machine) master--> location tab.

Then while creating maint. order mention system condition in order header (0- for not in operation- should be ticked). Before that set it in customizing.Create system condition under General data-- -Main & service order. This will block the capacity of the production. And while PP order creation, they can not create order on booked dates, instead order will be shifted to next available dates.

You can check that in capacity load.(may be cm50---not sure at the moment).

    Regards,

    Rajesh

    Hi,

    1. You have to maintain the User Status for equipment "Equipment Under Repair".

    2. When you create the Work Order for particular equipment under repair you need to set the "System Condition" field as "0".

System would not prevent you from creating a PP order if the equipment (Prodn. work center) is under maintenance. Only the work center capacity will not be available during the maintenance period.
