Communication error occurred when trying to connect to server

I am using RAS SDK to connect to the BO server. While running the report for performing opendocument, it's giving the following error.

Hi Shruti,

Through CMC , see whether "WebIntelligenceProcessingServer" is up and running if yes see whether Enabled or Disabled.

Problem might be becuase "WebIntelligenceProcessingServer" is running.

Restart the "WebIntelligenceProcessingServer" I think your problem would be solved.
