Hi,
is there any parameter or something to keep the SAP GUI alive during some network errors/disconnects happens in WAN?
The current "normal" behaviour is a disconnect during such a network error.
But we want that the GUI will stay alive (waiting...) and reconnect in background without terminating (so no re-login is required).
Thanks
Hi Mark,
When you logon to SAP your session information is stored at system level not at presentation layer level, hence if there is a network issue leading to a disconnection the system will close your sessions.
So the strait forward answer is no... the only available option is to use the "Low Speed Connection" which reduces the network traffic usage.
