Access related information on KM Documents

I have uploaded two word documents into my KM Repository. I have also configured KM iViews which leads to these documents. I now have to do a small audit on these two documents. I wish to know:-

1. how many people have accessed the documents.

2. if possible the dates during which the access was made.

3. if possible the actual login names of the users who accessed the file.

Where and how can I get such information? I have access to the Portal logs.

you can created a portal activity report iview.

you can create this in pcd content . go to pcd content ->right click on your folder new ->iview and select portal activity report iview.

In that iview there are two option that you need to give . in Type of report

you select the last one and attach the iview/page to that. and give the time period

You have lot of options. just play on that iview

    Hope that helps.
