STO Condition error

Hi,

We are facing one error in STO. we have upgraded from 4.6C to ECC 6.0. here in ECC 6 system is not picking the req. pricing conditions automatically, which is happnig properly in 4.6C.

the req. master conditions are as it is in both the system, it is an Z condition having ref. to one sales condition

Do any SAP Note for it, any one have faced such problem??
