Portal Component Items Missing!

Hi,

I have developed a Portal Application using NWDS and deployed the par.

The portal component is missing, in components and services in the portal...

When i refresh the state...

I get the following INFO: restart of Portal Application <application name>

Since i am new to EP, looking for suggestions in detail.

In NWDS, find the portalapp.xml for your portal project and clock on the Run... button for your component. This will make sure you start the app on the correct portal!

check whether you are trying to look the far file on the same portal you deployed.

check the deployment results whether it is succesful...check logfiles for further analysis

first check in windows->preference -> enterprise portal whether you gave correct message server to deploy.

After deploying , it will show you deployment results in the output view or right side bottom of NWDS.
