    Hi,

Check the validity period for the R/3 user account and also for that employee from HR in backend (pa30). Error looks like the user is not active in this period. Contact HR person for help.

    Hi Arthur,

"User ID doesnot exist" means may be the data is not maintained for this user in r/3.

    Please check in the R/3.

    Thanks,

    Krishna

    Arthur,

As suggested, the pernr is not active in that period.

    1. Check in PA30, till which period the employee existed.

    2. Go to transaction, PC00_M40_CLSTR where 40 is the Molga for India, you would have to choose the Molga for your country settings and check the period, till the date, the payroll was run for the employee.

    3. If it is a test system, you can use the HR team to use PC00_M40_CALC and run the payroll, if this is for payroll specific data.

    Good Luck!

    Hi,

If your all tghe backend configuration is fine for that user then only thing left to solve this problem.

    Hi,

Check the infotype 105 in PA30 T-code. I hope 105 infotype is not having any value and you need to assign the user id and validity date.

    Hope this will help.
