Basicpay Infotype for Applicant

hi all,

when i tried to maintain 0008 infotype to an applicant, system asked me to maintain first EG and ESG in Infotype Contract Elements. once I maintained IT-16 then it is allowing me to maintain IT-0008. but the problem is Groups and Levels are not defaulting. sequentialyy i am unable to maintain wagetypes also.

if anybody maintained IT-0008 to applicant kindly help me.

if it is problem of integration of PA and Recruitment or any additional config required plz tell me.
