How to customize conversation Service Desk ITSM 7.2 in launchpad

Hello,


while using exclusively launchpad with ITSM 7.2, we have natively those options in conversation in disptacher or processor dashboard:

  • Propose Solution to reporter
  • Question to reporter
  • Inform and forward to SAP product Support
  • Reply to reporter and confirm

How can I customize those entries like in CRM UI statuses?

Solved. Actions customized with PFAC for resolve and dispatch incidents fiori app.
