Hi there experts, Pls help me to resolve this issue :
Imprest Advance (Loan taken by an employee) is not getting added in the total payment on the earnings side (which ideally should get added). However, its getting deducted from the deduction side of the payslip..
What can i do to add it on to the earnings side and stop it from getting deducted from the deduction side of the payslip ?
Pls help..

Goto table 512w and change the evaluation class to add to total and uncheck the deduction check box.

Go to HR form editor using transaction PE51 and choose your payslip Go to single field option for earnings part, then add your wagetype here, also go to window option add the same wagetype here for earnings. The same wagetype has to be removed from your deduction part in both Single field and window option.
