Hi,
Header Table:
10000 | 03
Item Table
10000 | 01
10000 | 02
10000 | 03
In need the details of record '10000 | 03' .
does Infoset give the required display??
I create 2 DSO on Header Table & Item Table and create Infoset on it ??

KV
Yes, Infoset is the right choice

HI KV,
Infoset will serve the purpose as Infoset gets you the intersection of the data.
here you just need to make sure that the field which hols value 10000 in the header table is the keyfield fo the header table, and the relation between header table is one to many and not many to many.
Hope this helps,
Regards,
Umesh

Hi Umesh,
here Transaction No 10000 & Activity No 01 are Primary Keys in BI.
so does this serve my purpose??
Actually
10000 | 01
10000 | 02
10000 | 03(latest change) records available in Item Table
10000 | 03(latest change) records available in Header Table.
so my report req is to display only '10000 | 03' in report.
so iam comparing with Header Table & getting the Item level data into report
reagrds

Hi KV,
With Infoset you get the intersection of data, ie only the common data will be available for reporting, unlike multiprovider where the union of data is made availabelfor reporting.
So in the Infoset you'll have to join the Transaction No field and the Activity No field between header and Item table.
By which only the common record ie "10000 | 03" would be available.
Please try this.
Hope this helps.

Umesh
