Billing Output - Not able to Display

Hi Experts

Could you please help me why I am unable display the billing document, I tried to check in determination analysis following massage is coming up:

"The condition record for use B can not be displayed"

Please help how to deactivate it.

Hi All

Thank you all; issue is resolved; massage was generated on the basis of incorrect data from trade module (amazing). It was not because of output type, procedure etc.

Hi Aamir

As you are getting error of The condition record for use B can not be displayed , go to VV12 and check the transmission medium and then go to V/30 and select your output type and go to details and in one tab an option of A or B is maintained . Just check that option . Secondly also check what transmission medium has been maintained in the output type details

In T code V/30 and by selecting output type at which tab I can see A or B? Print medium is "1 Print output" only.

Any other option / solution?

If the transmission medium is print out only then , in the first tab in output type details only you can see the option A will be maintained . So just change it to B and then check
