Hello Experts:
I am separated by 12 hrs from where the SAP instances are located and support are available. Also, I am not an infrastructure expert but required to go into SAP transactions and record screen shots of system performance at a given point in time and find the root cause of poor performance (like saving sales order taking 5 minutes!). With this proof, will have to present my case and look for support whenever available.
Any guidance / documentation would be much appreciated.
