FSCM + SCASE + credit update on BP tcode

Hi, I am new to SAP FSCM and workflow. Basically, my company has implemented the FSCM to handle the credit management portion with approval workflow for credit requests and changes, may I know:

1. Currently my company uses the SCASE to raise credit limit, including approval routing. Also for changes to the credit limit, SCASE is also used so that the request gets routed for approval. I am lost whether to check at SAP FSCM or Case management configurations. I have no one to check with in the company wrt configurations in place.

Where do I check to verify if the credit approval workflow is correctly configured? A customised table is in place to reflect the credit limit and the approver. How do I know if the setup routes correctly to the right approving level ie for example, routing correctly from L1 to L2 to L3 without skipping a level? Is there any workflow that I need to understand to determine the "next approving level" is correct?

2. I used SU24 to determine the authorization checks for the tcode BP, noted that the following are "checked" for Check Indicator of Authorization Object and Proposal = "yes":

• B_BUPA_ATT
• B_BUPA_FDG
• B_BUPA_GRP
• B_BUPA_RLT
• B_BUPR_BZT
• B_BUPR_FDG
• B_CCARD
• B_USERSTAT
• ZUKM_LEVEL (Object Authorization for Credit Limit Approval)

The ACTVT values are typically 01 or 02 and I generated RSUSR002 for the following auth objects:

May I know why is it that when the users access the BP screen for the credit limit field, they are still unable to edit the credit limit value directly? This is a control that I want but I cannot seem to understand or find the logic to understand the result from actual access of the BP tcode vs the access authorisation that I have generated from RSUSR002.
