General account to change as reconcialtion account

We have created the gl as general account we have uploaded as some open balance to the account

actually it should be reconcialtion account for vehicles assets which the main issue is we want to change the vehicle general accout to assets reconcialtion account

Hi,

Once the account is having some postings we cannot change the GL account to recon account, one option i can see is create a new GL account and tranfer the balances manually.
