AR Credit Note Error

Hi All,

In SBO 2005 A, I am trying to post a credit note but I get an error - Credit note allocation is only allowed to Turnover or Bad Debt accounts. Allocation to 13000 is not allowed.

But the account 13000 is definitely in the turnover drawer in the COA. Can anyone advice as to what could be causing this error?

Is this message from B1 or from an SP? If it is from B1, check the account type of 13000. Is it in OTHER ?
