EVHOT function

Hello everybody,

I´m currently working in EVHOT function to link data entry forms, my question is if it´s possible to link data entry forms that are saved in a folder in COMPANY not in LOCAL, or if it is possible to refresh dynamic templates from company to local in every users.

EVHOT reports is similar to jump queries in BI. You can acces only locally and not in any other directory.

Dear Jose C,

I can't use the EVHOT function to open the file in the Company Directory. EVHOT function is only open the file in local user directory.

Hi,

The EvHOT ("hot link") function sets up a hot link to another report or cell within another report. Hot links can be used to guide a user through ad-hoc analysis. They are commonly used in Process Selector reports, and can be used to switch between reports contained in different applications.

This is local only. you can store all those EVHOT related reports in under the reportfolder/Wizard So that those reports are automatically updated to client machines and they can access the same report form local folder.
