Capacity planning at Planned order level

Dear All,

In my current scenario i'm able to see load of process orders against the workcenter in CM01. My requirement is to do capacity levelling at the planned order level.

I have created Production version also & attached to the planned order. Still in CM01 no load or planned order is shown on workcenter.

when i convert it into process order then it shows load / process order.

pl.let me know how i can do the capacity planning at planned order level.

Hi Dev,

Check the settings in Control key for Operations, you have to check the box for Capacity requirements and also you have to define your work center " Relevant for Capacity rquirements".

It will solve you issue.

Hi,

Try capacity planning at planned order level in MF50.

As per my knowledge, you will not able to do the same in CM01.

hi,

Actually i have seen this can be done using CM01. But i don't know the settings.

Current scenario is of Process industry with MTO.

After Sale order booking , MRP Run & then i want to do capacity planning & levelling at planned order level.

Try with MD12 for planned order.

Hi,

In MD12 when click on Go to > Capacity Levelling >

Error Message : No work centers with capacity requirements were found

I have given formula : SAP006 in capacity & Relevant to finite schedulling indicator is also active.

what may be the cause ?
