Download SAP Business One Products

Hi,

I want to download SAP Business One Products, like the Client Software, but when I login with my normal account, I have no authority to see any thing,

when I login with my company S-User, we're a customer any we bought more than 20 licenses, I got nothing as attached,

I'm wondering about if I'm a student and I want to learn such system, or I'm a customer and for an urgent case, I have to get this backage, why should I every time get back to my partner, who always have no time for me!

I reviewed all related posts regarding this issue, but no one of them had worked for me,

It depends upon policy of your partner either they provide download rights to customers or no...You can check with your partner

Hi,

Using your S-user and Company User ID, it is not possible to download SAP products. Only possible to get training material, SAP note etc. Usually, SAP partner will not give authorization to download software.

Hi,

Your partner should be able to arrange rights for your S-user on the SAP Support Launchpad for SAP Business one so that you can access and download software.

If your SAP Partner is not providing you with a satisfactory level of service, you should simply switch partners.
