HI Friends,
Is it possible to run payroll for a separated employee. For Example a employee has resigned on 30.01.09, The separation action was also done on the same day, but we would like to make a full and final settlement on 15.02.09 and make his settlement payment is it possible. What is the standard Procedure?
Experts plz advice.

Hi,
Of course you can run payroll for separated employees after performing his separation action. For this simply set the Run Payroll Upto date in IT 0003 for this employee and then run the payroll. For example, your employee got separated on 30.01.2009 and now in the month of March you want to run full and final settlement, set the run payroll upto date in IT 0003 as 31.03.2009 and then run payroll for March.

HI Friends,
Plz explain , if a employee has been separated in the month of February, if iam running the payroll for him in the month of March without any payment.
Will it have amy effect on the payroll posting in the month of march. The next month in April , i would like to run payroll for Final Settlement and paye him, the same month i would like to do HR-FI Positng for this terminated employee.
Regards,
Sekar.
Hi,
Posting of RT to FI does not depend on employees' employment status. If the RT exists results will be posted for those WTs in the RT for which posting characteristics have been defined. In your case if in the month of March there is no WT for which posting have been defined then it will not affect the posting.
