calcualtion of next inspection date using Customer exit QEVA0003/EXIT_SAPMQ

Hi Experts,

I am using this user exit for calcualtion of next inspection date using Customer exit QEVA0003 / EXIT_SAPMQEVA_003 ,Upon usage decision of inspection lots , i have done the required coding but this exit is not getting triggered from both the transactions QA11 and QA12 , i made some changes in the quantity in QA11 and Qa12 also and saved but exit is not getting called. kept break poing in the exit also.

So plz let me whether this is the procedure for triggering this exit.
