Possible reports for Competitor Analysis

I am working on Competitor Analysis. I am a novice and know very little about Competitor Analysis.Please help me out if anyone had already worked on it .

I need some inputs on reports that can be used for Competitor analysis.

Sorry.Did not get you. Are you trying to analyze due from customers?

If yes you can use Age Debt Report via FPO4

what KPI's would utility companies try to compare with their competitors ?

I am trying to create reports on competitor analysis but the requirements are not clear.
