Dear All,

I have added few text types to an existing sales order. The text is in development & quality.

After creating the request, it has not come into production.

Should the text ( at salesorder - header level) , come through request or it has to be created separately for the order level in production ( NO request is transported)

Require help.

Hi,

the text type are table independent within the server for all client, but in ur case it is server to server so you have to transport it through reqquest number.

Dear Abhijeet Jadhav,

Text Type will defined through configuration so you can transport the defined Text types from Qualirt IMG to the Production IMG with Transport request.

Transaction code is VOTXN

You can't maintain Text type in the sales order you can maintain only text message for the text type which is configured through VOTXN transaction.

If you maintain Text message in the sales order, that text message will not get transport to the production system.Because this data is related to transactional data.

Hi,

Text ID's will come through transportation only.Check the request number once again whether it has transported properly to production or not.
