Problem In Ammended PO Printout

Dear Experts,

I have a problem while printing the output of a Ammended PO.

Here we are not using Version Management. but we have Header and Item History.

Ex: First issued Print out

Quantity is 100.

After that we are changed to 100 to 200 and 200 to 300.

Now we are Issuing Second Print out now quantity is 300.

In my Ammended PO Output I should show the Old Quantity is 100 and New Quantity is 300.

Can anyone help me.
