Travel Plaaning functionality without integration wit AMDEUS system

Hi Experts

wel my client requirment is they want functionality which can help them sort the travel request by status tickect booked or not so that it will reduce the travel administrator work, But they are integreting wit any outside system for bookin of tickets or Hotels.

Is it possible to activate Book button in screen TP01 Travel planning???

or is there any other way to do it?

Plzz guys help me m havin hard time finding it

Hello Neha,

Without a GDS Provider it is not possible to book any flights, hotel or car query.

A GDS Provider is needed.

Wel my their requirment is not booking the tickect without integration. wat they wan is jus a report or u can say filteration to sort trips according to booking status i.e. wether tickect is booked or not?

One more thing i wanted to know is that can we create authorization on expense type?

Requirment is Travel administrator should be allowed to enter the Ticket booking amount & not the traveller. so was thinkin of creating authorization..

Incase of Trip cancellation after booking the tickects can we account the ticket cancellation penalty charges to employee vendor? Correct me if m wrong we can still create Expense statement even after cancellation of trip na.

Neways i hv got hell lot of queries on it as this client is too much demanding.
