Ldap Integration with BO Enterprise XI R2 SP3

Hi,

I am facing issue while ldap integration with BO Enterprise XI R2 SP3.

Server -1: Installed OS/Softwares

Redhat Linux 4U5 (64bit)

Oracle 10g2 Standalone

BO Enterprise XI R2 SP3.

fedora-ds Ldap integration ---> Successful.

Server-2: Installed OS/Softwares

Redhat Linux 4U5 (64bit)

Oracle 10g2 RAC

BO Enterprise XI R2 SP3.

fedora-da Ldap integration ---> Unsuccessful.

I am getting the below mentioned error message.

Error

Error updating LDAP properties: An internal error has occurred in the secLdap plugin.

Can you anyone tell why this error comes? I am using he same ldap server which works with SP3 but not with the other server. Can I get the error logs for this ldap integration? If so where i can find the log files?
