Cross Selling

Dear All,

I configured cross selling for my sales org. But, while creating sales order, the popup not coming automatically, instead of that I have to click the 'cross selling icon'. How to make that for getting automatic popup in sales order.

Hi Mani,

I hope you are asking about cross selling dialog box options. In IMG --> Sales and distribution --> Basic function --> Cross Selling --> Define and Assign cross selling profile --> Assign cross selling profile.

Remove the value (A) against the field Cross selling dialog box. This will solve you issue.

Check once whether you have done all the configurations correctly.

1)Defining determination procedure for cross selling

2)Maintian customer/document procedure for cross selling

3)define and assign cross sellin profile

4)Maintain condition records in VB41
