Bex Analyzer End of Maintenance

Hi All

I am a basis guy, so please don't laugh at this question. I have heard that SAP is trying to faze out the Bex Analyzer. I have serached everywhere including the PAM, but cannot find an end-of-maintenance date.

Does anybody know when the Bex Analyzer is out of maintenacne and only the web analyzer is supported.

Sam,

Once Pioneer ( the replacement for Voyager + BEx ) is released - enhancements to BEx will stop and people will be advised to move top Pioneer.

Pioneer should be relased by end 2009 in all likelihood

check the SAP BO roadmap if you haven't already seen it...

They haven't given a 'end of maintenance date' yet according to my knowledge..anyone correct me if i am wrong...
