Can we automate the Process chain Monitoring in SAP BW with any RPA tool?

Hi,

I monitor process the process chains in sa38 screen. If any chain fails, I have to report the same to the concerned people via email. Can this process be automated with UI Path or any other RPA tool? Please help me with this.
