Has anyone used Entrust as a signing Certificate Authority for the ABAP stack? The procedure is supposedly that the Common Name (CN) of the local PSE (for each application server) is changed to a particular reference number for the generation of the certificate signing request. Then the certificate signing request is sent to the Entrust site where the reference number is used. The response is then supposed to be in PKCS#7 format.
Unfortunately, this doesn't appear to work. SAP documentation clearly states that Common Name of the local PSE has to match the fully qualified host name.
Has anyone used Entrust for SSL on ABAP (Java should be the same)? Any help is very much appreciated.
