Perosnnel Change Request

Hi,

In PCR for Change Working time, am using the standard form SPWT with all workflow settings.

Manager is head of Org Unit.

Employee is under Manager's Org unit.

(Q: Is it necessary to maintain A/B 002 relationship between Employee Position and Manager Position or Maintain Manager Position as Head of Org Unit is enough)

Infotype 7 is maintained for employee. Perosnnel Admin is maintained in Infotype 1 for employee. SAP logon is maintained for personnel admin.

In PCR config, scenario attributes form, personnel admin is maintained.

In MSS, Manager is able to create PCR - Change working time and notifictaion is generated.

But not able to see the workset in Perosnel Admin inbox for follow up.

Instead, am able to see the same in T Code: IQS22 and able to perform follow up function..

Kindly guide what needs to be done for seeing the PCR in Admin Inbox?
