Process Order- ORRQ

Hi, after releasing the process order, i got order staus as ORRQ (Order record required)? wht is meant by this and how to correct it? thank u for your help.

ORRQ, is a status given to order, when in the order type dependent parameters we define, "Order Record is Required". What this means is that before the order is archived and deleted, the order should record should be stored using transaction COPA.

This would be used in clients where they want the order documentation to be stored before deletion. In my experience I have not seen anyone using it.

If you dont want this status for Future Orders, please set the radio button to "No Documentation required" in Order type dependent parameters for your Order Type and Plant combination using customizing transaction COR4.
