Hi Experts,
What is the best practice/way which SAP suggest to support SAP Cloud Platform/ CPI monitoring. I have multiple Cloud applications in our landscape, so I want to know the best way to support SAP Cloud Platform.

Hi Ankur,
I'm not sure what do you mean exactly by support, but there are different support channels.
You can use the community (as you did already very well) in case you have any consulting related question or issue with the hanatrial landscape.
If you have some simple issue which can be solved quickly the Expert Chat support might help you.
Schedule an Expert support channel is designed for 30 minutes long screen share sessions and discussions with an expert.
In case the issue requires more detailed analysis you can open a ticket for the product support.

If you mean by support that how to analyze yourself the problems I would suggest that use the SAP Cloud Platform Public Wiki ( https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/SAPHCP/SAP+Cloud+Platform+Public+Wiki) or look around on the Community.
