MC.1 Report issue with Periods

Hi,

1. Till 2008,we used the fiscal year variant K4

2. In 2009,we have changed the fiscal year variant from K4 to AC(Year Depandant Fiscal year variant 4-4-5)

3.Now we are facing one issue with the report MC.1

4.In the Report MC.1, we are getting the report based on Fiscal year variant K4 instead of AC (4-4-5 year depandant fiscal year variant).

5. When i see the table for MC.1 report,i am able to see the Fiscal year variant K4 instead of Year depandant fiscal year variant -AC.

6. Why the system is not updating the New fiscal year variant AC instead of Old fiscal year variant K4?

7. What should i do if i want to change the Fiscal year variant from K4 to AC in this Report.

Please advice me.

Thanks

Supriya

    Hello,

Normally MM reports are based on the calender year.

I am not able to see any Fiscal Year Variant in MC.1 report. Please let me know where you are able to see the Fiscal Year Variant.

    Regards,

    Ravi

    • Hello,

These infostructure are being created by SAP and part of standard.

The reports generated from from MM module based on these infostructure will generate based on K4 ONLY.

It is not advised to change the infostructure as it may affect different reports and deviate the standard functionality of the system.

These infostructure are cross client objects, any changes to these will affect the other clients ALSO.

      Regards,

      Ravi
