Z TRANSACTION CODE

Hi,

I need to customize a TCODE so that user can only have the slection screen to enter parameters, like we have Z_GLDOWN which shows gl balances by periods, I know tocdes can be customized in SE93, but I need to know how to copy program also.Please guide.

Hi,,

you want to make standard program as customized t.code following the steps below.

1. enter standard t.code in that select system in menu & in that chose status and enter u will appear a program copy that program.

2.go to se93 in that give t.code with z as a starting letter & create after that give text which u want & select first radio button then enter give program which u copied from standard and past in program field.

3. and tick all GUI support boxes & save.

4.then ur new t.code will be avilable.

Hi,

If you want to copy a standard program, you could do it via SE38 transaction. Then, you can link it to your Z-transaction via SE93. If you are not familiar with these operations, I suggest you to ask your ABAP team.
