Modify the Requisition(AFNAM) in ME22N using BAPI PO CHANGE

Hi All,

My requirement is to modify the Requisitioner in PO change.

In my text file i am uploading the data EBELN EBELP AFNAM

In that i want to update the Requisitioner (AFNAM) with latest (Flat file data)

Please give me answer as soon as possible.
